We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist opportunity with our CRE property management client. The Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Receiving, organizing, coding and posting all invoices related to multiple assigned commercial properties.
  • Research missing or overdue invoices.
  • Facilitate a weekly check run for each assigned property (run invoice register, print checks, mail).
  • Receive, organize, electronically deposit and post all rent checks or ACH transfers.
  • Assist in annual 1099 preparation.
  • Accounting related administrative support including scanning and organizing historical company records.
  • Work cross functionally with various departments.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 1 - 2 years in accounting or related field.
  • Required Skills:
    • Yardi proficient
    • MS Outlook and Office skills, (Word & Excel)
    • Must type at least 30-40 wpm
Pay Rate Range: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
