Position: Payroll Specialist
OverviewWe are seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely payroll processing while ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations and internal policies. This role partners closely with HR and Accounting to maintain employee data integrity and resolve payroll-related issues.
Key Responsibilities- Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax regulations
- Maintain and audit payroll and employee data in HR systems
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and support reporting needs
- Payroll processing experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Understanding of compliance and tax regulations
- Experience using HR/payroll systems
- Advanced payroll software proficiency
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
