Re-Bath AZ, LLC is a valley wide remodeling company that has been in business for over 40 years. We specialize in bathroom and kitchen remodeling and remodel roughly 80-150 bathrooms a month.

Job Description

We are seeking a Scheduling Specialist to join our team! A scheduling specialist manages the company calendar to ensure appointments are scheduled properly. As a scheduling specialist, your responsibilities include a wide variety of tasks to ensure the best customer experience possible.

Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls in a courteous, welcoming, professional & timely manner.
  • Gather and document all information from callers thoroughly and accurately.
  • Answer as many callers’ questions as possible without transferring the call.
  • Initiate phone scripts by determining type of calls and handling calls according to established Re-Bath policy and procedure.
  • Cancel or confirm appointments as requested by callers.
  • Accurately update and input all relevant data into computer. (Data entry of new leads from multiple lead sources.)
  • Maintain a professional and courteous environment.
  • Welcome and assist customers that visit showroom.
  • Perform other routine duties as assigned.
  • Ensure regular, predictable, and dependable attendance. Ability to work with others in a team environment, accept direction from superiors, and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Work extensively with telephone and computer usage. Use of computer mouse requires repetitive hand and wrist motion.
  • Time off restricted during peak periods.
  • Regular reaching, grasping, and carrying of objects for showroom maintenance.

Experience Requirements
  • Customer Service: 2 year+ (Preferred)
  • Computers & Microsoft Office: 2 year+ (Preferred)
Education Requirements
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Must be able to pass a 50-state background check and drug screen.
