As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide day‑to‑day support to the Power team. The duties and responsibilities include: maintaining and promoting a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations; checking and preparing invoices for approval; facilitating invoice billing; performing transactional data entry into systems with a high degree of accuracy; working with corporate and divisional support on a variety of clerical related tasks;
and performing other duties as assigned. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to always maintain confidentiality. Critical for success are the abilities to multi‑task, prioritize, and project a professional image.
- High School diploma or GED, 0‑3 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, be organized, and prioritize work
The anticipated salary range is $21.00 ‑ $27.00 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated hourly base range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
