Receptionist
Join our team at Crème de la Crème and be the first point of contact for families, staff, and visitors. Your role will support daily operations, maintain the welcoming atmosphere of our center, and ensure smooth communication and record‑keeping for the school.
Responsibilities- Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and submitting purchase requests as required.
- Welcome visitors, registering them, and communicating arrivals to the relevant staff; also coordinate escort services when needed.
- Answer parent inquiries and provide information on programs, events, and procedures; communicate student arrivals, departures, and announcements.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry; assist in preparing and distributing school‑related materials.
- Support the enrollment process by providing forms, explaining procedures, and collecting necessary documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to maintain accurate student records.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to warmly welcome and assist families, staff, and visitors in a fast‑paced school environment.
- Proficiency with office equipment, computer applications, and software such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Customer service‑oriented with a positive attitude.
