A leading semiconductor packaging company in Arizona is seeking a Senior Supply Chain & Procurement Buyer to lead sourcing initiatives and optimize procurement processes. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, and proven supplier negotiation skills. This role requires 10–30% overseas travel and offers an opportunity to work closely with corporate procurement.

A strong analytical background and excellent communication skills are essential. This position will transition from Tempe to Peoria during the factory operation phase.
