The Target Pay Range for this position is $-$ annually. The full Pay Range is $ - $ annually. Compensation decisions are determined using relevant factors such as job‑related skills, experience, education or training. In addition to salary, compensation incentives are available and are performance‑based.

To join our dynamic team in this role, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, , CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance to our Tukwila Headquarters (TFC), we encourage you to come into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week. For candidates who live outside the commutable distance to TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be primarily remote.

As a Sr. Product Manager – Deposit Growth & Execution at BECU, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our savings, money market and CD account products by driving strategic vision and execution across complex business functions. You’ll take ownership of product roadmaps and lead efforts that directly impact our members’ experience. Your ability to blend research, design, and business strategy will ensure that we continuously evolve to meet member needs while contributing to BECU’s success.

• Define and lead product vision and set strategic direction.
• Drive strategic decisions and align them with organizational goals and business strategy.
• Own end‑to‑end product strategy for the consumer savings portfolio.
• Manage P&L and drive savings unit growth.
• Develop innovative product bundles and enhancements to balance growth and retention.
• Manage product lifecycle from research to design to delivery.
• Prioritize releases and manage multiple product initiatives.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics to refine offerings.
• Leverage data for product growth and measurable impact.
• Communicate and align ideas and data‑driven insights across all levels of the organization.
• Iterate product roadmap based on insights and feedback.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and apply knowledge to keep products relevant.
• Integrate member insights into product development.
• Oversee product budgets and financial outcomes.
• Share knowledge and foster transparency across teams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of product management, product development, product operations, or equivalent experience.
