Water Restoration Technician

Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Corp -  - Responsibilities:
Retrieves work orders, checks route for travel and ensures equipment and supplies are loaded for the job;
Explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to customers in person using printed materials as a guide;
Performs water damage restoration including water extraction, packing out contents, removing/disposal of non-salvageable materials, and light construction;
Inspects jobs after completion and obtains customer signatures for approval and payments when necessary;
Monitors and adjusts the drying plan based on meter readings and coordinates with supervisor
