Senior Manager, Product Management and Development – Medicare Advantage

• Lead product strategy initiatives for assigned Medicare Advantage markets
• Act as the main point of contact for the Product Strategy team and functional areas such as sales and actuarial
• Provide subject matter expertise and perform complex analytics
• Interpret legislative, competitive and industry issues to recommend new products or product enhancements
• Develop, refine and execute national and market-focused product guidance and standards
• Develop product requirements and roadmaps
• Incorporate customer feedback into product strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally to generate new product ideas
• Plan decommissioning of underperforming products or features, including customer-impact communications and alternatives
• Support long-term product vision and strategy and communicate project plans
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, competitor benefit designs and strategic opportunities
• Support ad hoc special projects

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Medicare Advantage product experience
• Previous experience working cross functionally within a highly matrixed health plan
• 3+ years developing product strategies, working with competitive data and cross-functional partners
• Experience driving and contributing to cost containment strategies
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with plan benefit data sets
• Experience developing product content/PPT
• Strong leadership presentation ability
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Must reside within a 25 mile radius of a CVS Health office
