25-28/hr DOE

• Coordinate and support daily safety operations on active construction sites.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring site-specific safety plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Support safety documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Track safety training, certifications, and employee compliance requirements.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action follow-up.
• Coordinate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.
• Communicate safety updates and requirements to bilingual field teams.
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and safety personnel to ensure alignment.
• Support audit preparation and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain organized safety files and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Promote a strong safety-first culture across all site personnel.

• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (required).
• 2+ years of experience in construction safety, safety coordination, or field operations support.
• Experience supporting semiconductor or high-tech construction environments preferred.
• Experience providing verbal and written translation/interpretation support in construction or technical environments.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and construction site safety practices.
• Ability to walk job sites and work in active construction environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
