Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Safety Project Coordinator to support semiconductor construction operations in Arizona. This role plays a critical part in maintaining site safety standards, coordinating safety documentation, and supporting field teams to ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented safety professional fluent in Mandarin and English who can bridge communication between field teams and leadership while supporting daily safety operations in a fast-paced construction environment.

Pay Range25-28/hr DOE
Responsibilities- Coordinate and support daily safety operations on active construction sites.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring site-specific safety plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular site walkthroughs to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Support safety documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping.
- Track safety training, certifications, and employee compliance requirements.
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action follow-up.
- Coordinate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.
- Communicate safety updates and requirements to bilingual field teams.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and safety personnel to ensure alignment.
- Support audit preparation and regulatory inspections.
- Maintain organized safety files and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Promote a strong safety-first culture across all site personnel.
- Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (required).
- 2+ years of experience in construction safety, safety coordination, or field operations support.
- Experience supporting semiconductor or high-tech construction environments preferred.
- Experience providing verbal and written translation/interpretation support in construction or technical environments.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and construction site safety practices.
- Ability to walk job sites and work in active construction environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
