• Coordinate schedules and resources for field operations
• Communicate scope to Foremen and ensure safety processes like JSAs and inspections are completed
• Attend client meetings
• Manage materials and tooling needs
• Verify daily QA/QC and as-built documentation
• Review time and field reports
• Work closely with the Project Manager
• Help develop Foremen and trade staff while contributing to efficient, safe, and consistent project execution

• 5+ years of related experience and/or training in the construction industry
• Experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management
• Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs and admixtures
• Valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel and commit to long‑term onsite projects
