Landscape Estimator​/Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator / Assistant Project Manager to join our growing construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to project planning, cost estimation, and overall project coordination. You will play a vital part in ensuring projects are accurately priced, efficiently managed, and successfully executed. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and eager to develop their skills in construction estimating and project management within a collaborative environment.

• Prepare detailed construction estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements using tools like Procore & Building Connected
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers through effective negotiation to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
• Support project managers in coordinating construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality expectations.
• Contribute to the preparation of bid proposals by gathering accurate pricing data and supporting documentation.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat for digital markup and document management.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure optimal pricing and contractual agreements.
• Experience with Procore or similar estimating software for accurate cost estimation.
• Solid understanding of construction estimating principles, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with contracts, project management methodologies, and cost control strategies within the construction industry.
