Project Manager, Foundations - Construction, Inc.

Overview

Location:

Peoria, AZ. Michels Construction, Inc. designs and constructs foundations and industrial facilities. The role supports projects that are essential to the end product and client objectives.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to achieve goals within prescribed time frames and funding.
• Manage the civil scope of the project, including ground improvements, earthwork, and precast.
• Manage subcontractors; ensure effective verbal and written communication; work independently and as part of a team; meet deadlines and anticipate internal and external customer needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or geotechnical engineering with 5+ years of post-college experience.
• Experience in deep foundations, heavy civil, design-build and/or geotechnical contracting.
• Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software (preferred).
