We're partnering with one of Arizona's leading heavy civil contractors to recruit an experienced Senior Superintendent / Construction Manager to lead the delivery of major municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the state.
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong backlog of work, delivering complex water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs and associated heavy civil infrastructure valued from $20M to $300M+.
The Role
You'll take overall responsibility for managing site operations from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
Working alongside Project Managers and senior leadership, you'll oversee multiple self-performed trades including:
- Process mechanical piping
- Earthwork
You'll lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, drive project schedules and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers and inspectors.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years' experience delivering heavy civil or water/wastewater construction projects.
- Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent, General Superintendent or Construction Manager.
- Background delivering one or more of the following:
- Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
- Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP)
- Pump Stations
- Process Mechanical Installations
- Experience managing projects from $20M-$300M+ preferred.
- Strong leadership and safety record.
- Ability to coordinate large self-perform crews alongside subcontractors.
