Position: Central Video Producer

Central Video Producer

The Central Video Producer is responsible for producing, coordinating, and supporting video projects for CCV's Central Video Team. This role oversees the full life cycle of video production, partnering closely with the Teaching Team, ministry leaders, and creative teams to produce compelling video content that supports weekend services, teaching series, life-change stories, organizational initiatives, and other church-wide communication needs.

The ideal candidate is an experienced and highly organized producer who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, build strong relationships across teams, and confidently lead projects from concept through completion while maintaining creative excellence, clear communication, and on-time delivery.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions

  • Oversee the full video production process, including creative development, pre-production planning, production, post-production coordination, and final delivery.
  • Partner closely with the Teaching Team to develop and produce video content that supports sermons, teaching series, weekend services, and church-wide initiatives.
  • Produce and coordinate life-change stories, testimonies, and other storytelling content that effectively communicates the impact of CCV and celebrates what God is doing through the church.
  • Collaborate with filmmakers, ministry leaders, creative teams, and production staff to translate creative vision into compelling and ministry-aligned video content.
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities, establishing timelines, milestones, resources, and clear expectations to ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high standard.
  • Coordinate all logistical details for video productions, including schedules, locations, talent, crews, equipment, props, releases, and other production needs.
  • Lead pre-production meetings and communicate project details, expectations, and responsibilities to all necessary stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key point of communication between the Central Video Team and ministry partners, proactively identifying challenges and keeping projects moving forward.
  • Support the development of weekend service assets and other video content needed across CCV campuses, ministries, and church-wide initiatives.
  • Manage volunteers, contractors, and production resources as needed, including related administrative responsibilities such as purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation.
  • Develop and maintain production processes and best practices that create consistency, efficiency, and creative excellence across Central Video projects.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen collaboration, and elevate the quality and effectiveness of CCV's video content.
