HVAC Scheduling & Service Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone and email inquiries from customers, prioritize service calls, and accurately track all dispatched calls.
• Perform detailed data entry of customer information, addresses, telephone numbers, memos, invoices, and attachments.
• Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance, repairs (parts, installations, etc.), or additional services requested by technicians.
• Present a professional image of the company in all verbal, written, and in‑person communications.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times.

• Minimum of 2years in scheduling or service dispatching in the construction industry; HVAC experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook and a multi‑line telephone system.
• Strong customer‑relations skills.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English; verbal Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Ability to follow and enforce company policies.
• Must pass an immediate drug test.
