Service BDC Representative

Peoria Ford is looking for a Service BDC Representative who can drive appointments, communicate with customers, and keep the service department’s schedule full. This is a production position. Your job is to contact customers, create service appointments, get customers to show up, and help turn those appointments into repair orders. If you are competitive, accountable, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by results, we want to talk to you.

Benefits and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, and emails.
• Contact customers due for service and generate service appointments.
• Follow up with customers who have declined, missed, or postponed service.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows.
• Respond quickly and professionally to internet and service inquiries.
• Accurately schedule customers based on service needs and shop capacity.
• Maintain consistent follow-up until the customer schedules or clearly declines.
• Communicate customer concerns and appointment details to the Service Department.
• Make outbound calls every day and consistently work your assigned customer lists.
• Document every customer interaction accurately in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed appointment, contact, show, and sold-repair goals.

Qualifications:

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
