• Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content
• Design and develop engaging multimedia content using various authoring tools
• Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids that support learning objectives
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development
• Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Conduct needs assessments and identify performance gaps
• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods
• Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies
• Maintain course content and curriculum documentation
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs

We design, create and develop learning solutions to enhance associate knowledge around our products and services to provide a world class customer experience. We offer learning programs that support new hire onboarding, product knowledge, troubleshooting, the customer experience, coaching, leadership development, and specialty training.

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, or related field
• 3+ years experience in instructional design, training development, and e-learning creation
• Proven experience with Articulate 360/Storyline or similar authoring tools
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging training materials including e-learning courses, instructor‑led materials, job aids, and multimedia content
• Experience managing multiple projects and implementing process improvements
• Track record of working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams
• Experience using data and metrics to drive program improvements
• Advanced multimedia development skills (video, graphics, audio)
• Experience with system simulations and basic HTML
• Background in process improvement initiatives
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, global environment
