Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs
Provide classroom instruction and behavioral management tailored to diverse learners
Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student success
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
Ensure compliance with state and facility regulations, maintain accurate records
Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Education Equivalents in Special Education or related fields
Valid State Certification or License for Special Education Teaching
Minimum of 1 year experience in a school setting with strong skills in classroom management, individualized instruction, and behavior intervention
Must meet facility-specific prerequisites including legacy facility requirements
Excellent communication skills
Adaptable and collaborative team player
Background check cleared
Ability to work well in a school environment during day hours
Premium pay up to $57/hr, 13% above market average
