Position: Sr. Environmental Facilities Engineer
Location: Peoria, AZ (on-site)
Required Skills and Experience- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Environmental Science
- 3+ years of experience in environmental compliance or waste management in the semiconductor or related high-tech industries
- Strong knowledge of RCRA, TSCA, EPCRA, CERCLA, and Clean Air/Water Acts
- Familiarity with hazardous waste handling, DOT regulations, and TSCA chemical inventory requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) – Environmental or Chemical Engineering
- Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM)
- Registered Environmental Manager (REM)
- HAZWOPER (40-hour)
- ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems knowledge
- OSHA Safety Certification.
- An Insight Global customer is seeking a Sr. Environmental Facilities Engineer to oversee the environmental compliance and waste handling for a new manufacturing facility in North Phoenix
