DBA Construction is seeking a Takeoff Technician to support detailed 3D design work for competitive estimates. The role combines manual and electronic takeoffs on civil and grading plans to ensure accurate material quantities, enabling precise bids.
The ideal candidate will perform calculations, analyze construction documents, and work well both independently and with others. Strong computer skills and proficiency with AutoCAD, Agtek, Trimble Business Center, and Microsoft products are required.
