At least 3 years of safety engineering or EHS compliance experience in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing/construction environment - this includes OSHA compliance and NFPA codes. Job Description An Insight Global customer is seeking an Sr. Facility Safety Engineer for a new manufacturing facility in North Phoenix. This person will be reporting into the EHS Manager and responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the health and safety programs (EHS) to ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA and other relevant laws, regulations and semiconductor industry standards. This role is one of the first key roles being hired at this new facility so there is immense opportunity for upward mobility in the future.

We're looking for a well-rounded safety professional who can lead the safety program from construction through commissioning and into full time facility operation.

This role will operate full-time on-site at the new facility, including working out of construction trailers until the office is open in about 12 months. This is a full-time role and we can offer a salary between $130k and $150k plus bonuses and a generous benefits package. Exact compensation may vary based on education and experience.
