Position Overview

As a full-time Personal Banker within PNC's Phoenix West Region Branch Banking organization, you will be based in Peoria, AZ at the 107th Olive Branch, 10633 W Olive Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345.
Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred. PNC does not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Description
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales interaction, teller interaction, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leverage partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs, educating them on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

  • Background Check: Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
