Senior Analyst – Commercial Mortgage Group

• Provide support to the Regional Manager and Multifamily Mortgage Bankers
• Review and process permanent loan requests
• Provide loan origination and deal structuring support
• Model loan submissions and determine viability of requests
• Draft loan applications and prepare submissions to third party capital sources
• Assist in shepherding loans through due diligence and closing process

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or Real Estate
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, real estate, investment banking or consulting
• 4+ years of highly relevant experience for senior role
• High proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret financial data from multiple computer systems
• Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Demonstrates expertise in loan origination, deal structuring, and financial analysis, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and interpret complex financial data. Proficient in utilizing Excel and PowerPoint for modeling and presentations in the finance and real estate sectors.
