1. Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with U.S. subsidiary business goals to support growth and profitability.
2. Overall Management:
Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, cost control, and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
3. Compliance & Audit:
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and local laws; lead annual external audits and tax filings.
4. Tax Planning:
Manage tax compliance and planning for the U.S. region.
5. Team Building:
Lead the local finance team to enhance capabilities, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.
6. Business Support:
Participate in business operations, provide financial solutions and decision support, and assess financial risks for major investments or M&A projects.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. CPA or AICPA certification preferred.
2. Minimum 8 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in U.S. market or overseas subsidiary financial management.
3. Proficient in U.S. GAAP and tax systems.
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin as working languages for seamless communication with local team and headquarters.
5. Strong leadership, cross-cultural communication, and stress management skills.
