$15.65/hour | Full-Time Temporary with On-Call Continuation

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday–Friday
Temporary Assignment Through April 24, 2026 with On-Call Continuation after that date

• Support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities
• Assist with personal care and daily living needs
• Build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment
• Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs

• Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handler’s Card, and Article 9 certification
