Position: Clinical Director
Job Type: Full-Time / Exempt
Shift Details: Monday through Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Location: Crisis - Peoria Recovery Response Center;
Peoria, AZ
Salary/Hourly Wage: $110,000 - $115,000/year
Specialties / Licenses or
Certifications:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Independent State Licensure required.
- State designation as required.
The Clinical Director is responsible for programming activities, providing support and development, and modeling position functions for the team. The Clinical Director also ensures that goals remain focused, recovery services are provided and linkage to ongoing recovery and treatment services are being made.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Guest Care & Advocacy
- Provides short- and long-term recovery-oriented therapeutic counseling and education, on a group or individual basis.
- Provides family education and family counseling.
- Provides crisis management services and responds to urgent/emergent participant needs.
- Implements the transition/discharge care plan in partnership with each participant.
- Team Leadership
- Serves as onsite immediate supervisor for team members through role modeling and coaching.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Conducts thorough clinical assessments and treatment plans for services.
- Completes clinical documentation and required paperwork as required.
- Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
- Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Ensures daily operations run smoothly and assures a healthy partnership with other stakeholders.
