The Patient Intake Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the patient flow and administrative tasks within a small intake team, typically consisting of 1-3 members. This position involves handling a high volume of patient interactions during peak hours while ensuring accurate data entry and exceptional customer support. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the coordinator uses Electronic Health Records (EHR) to maintain detailed and organized patient information.

• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Enter patient data accurately into the EHR system
• Provide friendly and effective customer support to patients
• Communicate clearly with patients and clinical staff

• 3+ years experience in patient intake or healthcare administration
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
