Job Summary:
As a Home Care Aide, you'll play a vital role in our team, providing one‑on‑one care and companionship to our clients. Reporting to our dynamic and compassionate care team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on someone's life, every day.
Responsibilities:
Provide routine care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
Engage clients in activities and conversations to promote socialization and mental stimulation
Monitor and report any changes in client condition or needs to the care team
Maintain a clean and organized living environment
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in home care or a related field
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
Ability to pass a background check and TB test
