The HRBP will oversee staffing, training, employee relations, performance management and compensation, balancing operational support with associates' needs. This is an onsite field position with travel between stores.
Candidates should bring a bachelor's in HR or related field, 3–5 years HR experience, PHR preferred, Spanish a plus, and ability to handle EEOC matters.
