We are seeking an energetic, engaging, and highly organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This position is a uniquely people-focused HR role, with the primary focus of your time dedicated to conducting one-on-one new hire orientations, onboarding, employee support, and direct interaction with team members and students.

What You'll Do New Hire Orientation & Employee Onboarding (Primary Focus)- Conduct in-depth, one-on-one new hire orientations for employees and students.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new team members, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Guide new hires through company policies, benefits, workplace expectations, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, training activities, and required documentation.
- Support employees throughout their employment lifecycle by providing exceptional customer service and HR guidance.
- Post job openings and assist with candidate screening.
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollments, changes, and questions.
- Maintain benefit records and reconcile monthly benefit statements.
- Support compliance with benefits-related regulations and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage E-Verify, exclusion screenings, and compliance tracking.
- Monitor mandatory training, licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements.
- Conduct HR file audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support employee recognition, wellness, and engagement initiatives.
- Help foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
- Maintain organizational charts, reports, spreadsheets, and HR records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Director and HR department.

The successful candidate will spend the majority of their day interacting directly with employees, conducting orientations and cadidate screening, answering questions, building relationships, and helping new hires feel engaged and supported from day one. Position Requirements What We're Looking For Required Skills & Abilities- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people and creating positive employee experiences.
- Ability to confidently present information and conduct one-on-one orientations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel between local office locations as needed, less than 10%.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college education strongly preferred.
- 1-3 years of Human Resources experience required.
- Healthcare, medical office, or physician practice experience preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
