This role provides IT support across various departments and business functions, with responsibilities that include maintaining system functionality, assisting with enterprise software, and supporting new technology initiatives and user training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support and troubleshooting for InSight ERP, 20/20 Design, and related systems.
• Serve as the primary contact for help desk issues related to ERP/catalog systems.
• Support and maintain PCs, printers, barcode scanners, RFID, iPads, and other shop floor devices.
• Assist with data validation, documentation, and system configuration for new products and rules.
• Create and maintain Crystal Reports; collaborate with Engineering for data consistency across systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service, especially to manufacturing teams.
• Support IT projects and system rollouts as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience with any ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in SQL, Crystal Reports, and ETL processes.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
