- Assist in the design and deployment of CTI Database Platform services aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, including Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks
- Enable highly complex implementations through automation and reusable deployment patterns
- Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve service reliability, resiliency, and efficiency
- Promote Dev Ops best practices, automation-first thinking, and continuous improvement
- Understand and implement database lifecycle management actions into PaaS IaC pipelines
- 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer supporting enterprise-scale platforms and services
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code technologies
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing Ansible playbooks and automation
- 2+ years of experience with CI/CD tool chains including Git (Bitbucket preferred), Jenkins, and Ansible Tower
- 2+ years of experience working within a Dev Ops culture and practices
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tooling
- Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Experience with container technologies
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Red Hat Open Shift
- Architect experience with data platforms such as Redis, MongoDB, Single Store, and Cockroach DB
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
Demonstrates expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform and Ansible, with a strong focus on automation and Dev Ops practices. Proficient in scripting with Python and Bash, and experienced in managing enterprise-scale platforms and services.
