Site Support Technician

Location: Peoria, AZ (Multiple Sites)

Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $28-$29/hr (W2)

Conversion Salary: Approximately $60,000 annually (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm ET

Work Environment: Onsite 5 days per week

We're looking for a Site Support Technician to join a growing IT team supporting multiple healthcare locations throughout the Philadelphia area.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with end users and solving technology issues in real time. You'll support clinical and administrative staff, troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software problems, and serve as a trusted local IT resource across multiple sites.

Reliable transportation is required, as travel between locations will be part of the role.

• Provide onsite IT support for clinic and office staff
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and workstation issues
• Support nurses, physicians, and administrative teams with day-to-day technology needs
• Resolve support tickets and document solutions appropriately
• Install, configure, and replace end-user devices and equipment
• Travel between local facilities to provide technical support when needed
• Support user onboarding, equipment setup, and general desktop support activities

• 3+ years of IT Support, Desktop Support, or Help Desk experience
• Experience providing hands-on support directly to end users
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Service Now
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and operating systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation for travel between sites
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
