Supply Chain Planning Specialist

• Support Parts and Services Sales Representatives (PSSRs) with forecasting in collaboration with direct customers
• Compare CRM opportunity data with demand forecasts
• Apply demand forecasting principles and systems to deliver effective parts plans
• Use the Strategic Stock tool to secure inventory for unpredicted failures
• Support parts planning for new customers, parts portfolio solutions, and new machine models
• Support targets for revenue growth, OTD, warehouse stock turns, and Networking Capital
• Analyze customer maintenance plans to support parts availability
• Identify inventory policy deviations and propose mitigation plans and escalations
• Manage replenishment of agreed consignment stock levels using Sandvik systems and processes
• Review customer return requests for compliance and impact
• Consolidate customer-level parts forecasts and ensure PSSRs or Service Teams own the information
• Collaborate with PSSRs on customer operations and maintenance activities to improve forecasts and parts availability
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports and KPI performance updates
• Create and review strategic stock requests
• Participate in dealer service-level review meetings
• Deliver quarterly handshake actions for dealer projects and needs
• Support root-cause analysis of OTD performance and improvement solutions
• Define inventory levels based on fleet size and aging
• Lead service-level improvement initiatives with Logistics and Product Portfolio
• Consolidate product-line forecasts and provide recommendations
• Support product launches and product phase-outs
• Develop parts plans for new equipment introductions
• Maintain major component files and Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPL)
• Validate RSPL and major component lists with Product Masters and supporting roles
• Support training on supply planning strategies and service-level measurement tools
• Provide monthly parts-planning and availability reports to PSSRs and stakeholders
• Prepare monthly management reports for the HOD
• Execute activities according to EHS and Quality regulations and procedures
• Follow Take 5 and risk assessment procedures

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4 years experience in related field
• Additional 3 to 5 years experience in aftermarket environment
• Experience in forecasting and demand planning
• Demonstrated professional communication skills
• Success with data analysis
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office
• Power BI
• Efficient time management and organizational skills
• Legal right to work in the United States on an indefinite basis without employer sponsorship
• Temporary work authorizations, including OPT, do not meet this requirement
• Occasional travel
