DescriptionWe are looking for a Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable environments for residents, staff, and visitors. This role involves cleaning public areas, resident apartments, and administrative offices following established schedules, while ensuring high standards of sanitation and hygiene. Friendly, respectful interactions with residents are essential.

- Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces)
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms (sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors)
- Empty trash and recycle bins; replace liners
- Launder and replace linens, towels, and other textiles as needed
- Follow community cleaning schedule and protocol; adhere to safety precautions
- Build positive relationships with residents; engage in friendly, respectful interactions
- Respect residents’ privacy while cleaning their living spaces
- Report maintenance, safety, or resident needs to supervisor
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely per instructions
- Follow infection control and sanitation protocols; proper waste disposal
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of housekeeping experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting (hotels)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
$16 per hour
