• Ensures Director/Senior Leadership are informed of any significant issues affecting patient satisfaction, timeliness of services, reimbursement, or patient flow.
• Collaborate with local Department Leaders/Administration, Revenue Cycle leaders, and Patient Entry Ops Leadership team to improve processes and outcomes.
• Responsible for adequate staffing and coverage in all Patient Entry areas.
• Supervise staff performance and provide guidance, feedback, and coaching where necessary.
• Resolves operational issues and challenges for the department.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of daily registrations, including insurance eligibility and benefits verification.
• Complete staff evaluations
• Assist with the recruitment, scheduling, and discipline of staff.
• Provide high-quality service to patients and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Train staff on policies, procedures, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and other standards.
• Ensure proper utilization of software and technology tools.

• Bachelor's - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

• Minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a management role
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible in maintaining and responding during operational hours
• Knowledge of JCAHO, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.

• Climate Controlled For this US-based position, the base pay range is $57,640.00 - $73,102.94 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
