About Us

At The Laughton Team, we believe that one of the greatest accomplishments on this earth is to own a piece of it. We’ve helped thousands of families do just that — and we’re just getting started. We’re a nationally ranked, high-performance real estate team based in Arizona, averaging nearly 2,000 transactions and over $1B in production annually. But for us, volume is a byproduct — our real mission is impact.

We exist to elevate the experience for both our clients and our team members. We believe clarity, standards, and accountability are the foundation that allows empathy and growth to thrive. We build trust by staying curious. We coach with empathy. We innovate with purpose. And we grow together.

About the Role

This is a leadership role focused on branch growth, agent development, recruiting, coaching, and sales performance. You will lead and grow a high-performance real estate office while helping agents increase production, strengthen accountability, and build scalable businesses within a proven platform.

This is not a traditional “build your own team” opportunity. This is an opportunity to lead and grow a branch within an established organization that already provides the systems, operational support, lead infrastructure, training, and leadership foundation needed to scale successfully.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, coach, recruiter, and operator who thrives in a growth-focused environment and enjoys developing people, driving performance, and building culture.

Key Responsibilities Branch Recruitment & Growth
  • Recruit and attract productive and growth-minded real estate agents
  • Conduct interviews and selection conversations in partnership with the recruiting department, aligned with company standards.
  • Help establish and reinforce a strong branch culture aligned with company standards and values
  • Build relationships with agents and create a consistent recruiting pipeline
Agent Coaching & Development
  • Onboard agents into company systems, processes, and lead platforms
  • Provide structured 1:1 coaching around lead conversion, pipeline growth, and business planning
  • Facilitate sales meetings, accountability conversations, and skill development sessions
  • Support agents at different production levels with clear expectations and coaching plans
  • Help agents improve consistency, follow-up, and overall production habits
  • Drive adoption of CRM systems, lead management processes, and follow-up standards
  • Support performance-based lead distribution and accountability systems
  • Monitor production metrics, conversion rates, and agent activity
  • Partner with leadership to drive branch growth and overall sales performance
  • Help create consistency, accountability, and operational alignment within the office
Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of consistent residential real estate production
  • Proven ability to generate business and convert leads
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Confidence recruiting and influencing other agents

Preferred:

  • Prior leadership, recruiting, or coaching experience
  • Experience with Zillow Flex / Zillow Preferred programs
  • Team, brokerage, or branch leadership background
  • Experience leading meetings, trainings, or accountability sessions
What Success Looks Like
  • Strong branch recruiting momentum
  • High CRM adoption and follow-up consistency
  • Increased agent production and accountability
  • Positive branch culture and leadership presence
  • Consistent branch growth and sales performance
  • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus
  • Health insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • Health Savings Account
  • Paid time off
  • Leadership development and career advancement opportunities
  • Access to established systems, operational support, lead infrastructure, and leadership resources

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, weekends as needed

Location:

Chandler, AZ

Work Type:
In-person / Hybrid

Why This Role Stands Out

This is an opportunity to step into a true leadership role within a high-performance organization that already has the systems, support, infrastructure, and operational foundation in place.

Rather than building alone, you’ll partner with an established leadership team to help grow a branch, develop agents, and drive meaningful results within a proven platform.

If you are growth-minded, people-focused, and passionate about leadership, coaching, and sales performance, we’d love to connect with you.
