- Operator III: may be responsible for direct embroidery of logos onto garments and perform most responsibilities of an Operator I and II; may be responsible for printing high-quality heat transfers.
- Warehouse III: may be responsible for cycle counting inventory; may operate powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) while moving materials; may be assigned to shipping.
- Capable of operating multiple pieces of specialized equipment in a controlled environment.
- Operates multi-head direct embroidery machines to include hooping, set‑up, trimming, steaming, and packaging.
- Uses Tracker to pull down embroidery instructions and match them to the customer order.
- Sets up the embroidery machine to operate the necessary number of heads to meet a balanced flow.
- Performs minor operator‑maintenance functions safely such as replacing needles, changing thread spools, and releasing stuck garments.
- May utilize Tracker software.
- Operates and maintains Direct‑to‑Film (DTF) and Direct Thermal Transfer (DTT) equipment: printer, powder shaker, and heat press machines.
- Prepares artwork by reviewing and formatting digital design files (Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator) and preparing them for print using specialized RIP software.
- Monitors production and quality control: loads materials, monitors the print process to ensure color accuracy and consistency, and inspects the final product.
- Troubleshoots: identifies and resolves printer malfunctions, ink clogging, or film adhesion problems.
- Manages inventory of consumables such as inks, transfer films, and adhesive powders.
- Uses handheld devices to accurately put away, relocate, and pick inventoried items.
- Safely operates PIVs while performing other tasks.
- Performs QC on final packaging for customer and carrier compliance.
- Calls for order routing following individual customer requirements.
- Operates various shipping software.
- Notifies VSM/VSS of any concerns regarding HR, safety, security policies, work instructions, and quality system requirements.
- Behaves, speaks, and treats others respectfully while supporting workflow.
- Participates in kaizen or improvement project teams.
- Other duties as assigned, as job responsibilities evolve.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be subjected to moving mechanical equipment, electrical currents, vibrations, fumes, odors, dusts, gases, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures and workspace restrictions. The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
Employees will be required to wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which may include eye protection, gloves, face shields, and protective shoes. Contact lenses are allowed in all areas.
