Manager, Communications

• Develop strategy for communications programs and campaigns across channels
• Supervise communications staff, assign work, provide feedback, and support professional development
• Partner with leadership to translate strategic priorities into clear messaging frameworks and editorial plans
• Oversee content standards, review processes, and quality control for accuracy, accessibility, inclusivity, and brand adherence
• Coordinate measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement using engagement and feedback data
• Align internal messaging with organizational culture, values, and Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
• Manage vendor and budget needs related to employee communications activities
• Develop and deliver employee communications promoting clarity, alignment, and engagement across the organization
• Oversee planning, production, and distribution of content for multiple employee segments and channels
• Supervise communications professionals and ensure consistency with brand, culture, and organizational values

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field
• 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity required
• Communication Management Professional (CMP) or Accredited in Public Relations (APR) certification preferred

Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing strategic communications programs while ensuring alignment with organizational values and culture. Proven ability to lead and mentor communications teams, manage content quality, and utilize data for continuous improvement.
