This is a 1099 position. Ideal start date is 9/22/2025, 3 month contract.
FNP to work in our UC with current experience and willing to train our new FNP. The hours will be Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts until we move to the new building. Then it would be 12 hr shifts 7 days a week.
Responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. Works under direct supervision of a physician following established guidelines as required and within established scope of practice. May be required to work at other Hospital‑Owned Clinics or main Hospital as needed.
- MUST be comfortable seeing all ages (2‑100) and treating chronic diseases
- Provider will examine patients, take medical histories, prescribe medications, some suturing
- EMR
- Evident - 15‑20 patients/day
- Must be licensed in AZ
- MUST have PALS, DEA, BLS/ACLS
- BACKGROUND/DRUG TEST REQUIRED
