About the Client

The client is an innovative US-based physician network delivering high‑quality healthcare to elderly patients in assisted and independent living communities, group homes, and private homes for more than five years. The organization has 50+ full‑time healthcare clinicians who visit patients in the comfort of their own homes and is rapidly expanding a house‑call network model with a patent‑pending telemedicine platform via 4G/5G smartphones and tablets.

Job Summary

We are looking for a part‑time physician (minimum 2 days/week) to provide house‑call and telemedicine services to assisted living/group homes and skilled nursing facilities. The role requires limited travelling to visit multiple patients efficiently in a clustered manner.

Essential Functions
  • Diagnose and treat patients in assisted living, group homes, and skilled nursing facilities, including house‑call services for common chronic diseases via in‑person or telemedicine visits.
  • Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients.
  • Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
Qualifications
  • AZ license must be current and in good standing.
  • One to two years’ experience as a primary care nurse or physician assistant.
  • Must have current and active DEA.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to generate CPT and ICD‑10 coding – required.
  • Ability to get along and adapt with medical and administrative team members.
  • Bilingual is a bonus.
