School Nurse

We’re currently seeking a compassionate and dependable School Nurse (RN) to support students in a school-based setting in Maricopa County, AZ for the 26/27 school year.

This contract opportunity is available for the 2026/2027 school year in Maricopa County, Arizona. This is an on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule, supporting school-based health services in a student-facing setting.

• Provide day-to-day nursing care to students by evaluating health concerns and responding to illness or injury.
• Administer medications as ordered and support ongoing care for students with chronic health needs.
• Develop and carry out individualized student health plans in coordination with families and school staff.
• Serve as a health resource for students, caregivers, and staff by communicating guidance and education as needed.
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support school operations and student wellness throughout the week.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least two years of clinical nursing experience (pediatrics preferred).
• Current Adult and Child CPR certification.
• Active AZ Department of Public Safety (DPS) IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
