Schedule

Monday-Friday plus on-call rotation (14 days in a row), only two holidays per year.

Contributions / Responsibilities
  • Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.
  • Ability to formulate an individualized plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient’s response to treatment, and evaluate overall plan daily for effectiveness.
  • Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to the care team, provider, patient, and family following chain of command as appropriate.
  • Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

Qualifications
  • Education:

    Current Arizona RN license and Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.
  • Certifications:

    BCLS and ACLS required.
  • Experience:

    Critical care such as ICU, ER, Flight or Cath Lab experience preferred.
