Job Type Full-Time:

Shift Details:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday | 7:00pm - 7:30am

Work Setting:
Crisis
- Recovery Response Center;
Peoria, AZ

• -Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• -Valid and current state-specific Nursing license (Compact licensure preferred)
• -Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a behavioral health setting.

• Guest Care & Advocacy:
  • Ensures completion of designated assessments of all individuals brought to the facility, develops plans and recovery solutions in partnership with the individual.
  • Supervises special diet requirements as needed.
• Supervises the nursing services for designated shift including patient assignments and safety in the facility.
• Supervises and/or provides nursing treatment and monitoring.

  • Assists leadership with assuring that the delivery of nursing care meets licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Maintains medical and nursing supplies and equipment and monitors the safety and effectiveness of equipment.
  • Administers medication as required by protocol.
  • Initiates and/or ensures appropriate response to all medical emergencies in accordance with medical protocol and policy.
  • Completes clinical documentation as required.
  • Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
  • Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.

  • Provides treatment and makes dispositions and referrals in consultation with the team.
  • Coordinates the relationship with outside medical and nursing support services including pharmacy and laboratory services.
