RN OR Orthopedic Surgery jobs in Peoria, AZ let you assist in orthopedic surgical procedures at the facility. You will prepare the operating room, support surgeons and the care team, and document patient care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

To qualify, you need a current Arizona RN license or a license through the Nurse Licensure Compact, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. At least 1 year of recent operating room experience is required, preferably in orthopedic surgery.

Recommended skills include strong knowledge of sterile technique, orthopedic instrumentation, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced surgical environment.
