Responsibilities- Assess, monitor, and care for medical-surgical patients
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical-Surgical RN experience required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
