Position: Bilingual Construction QC Support (Part-Time)
Location: North Phoenix, AZ
Type: W2 | Part-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay Range: DOE
Responsibilities
- Attend daily 6:00-7:00 AM safety meetings and support site compliance efforts.
- Conduct routine jobsite walkthroughs to observe quality and safety conditions.
- Monitor welding and related construction activities for general compliance.
- Assist with documenting field observations and basic QC tracking.
- Support QA/QC team with site coordination and follow-ups as needed.
- Ensure laydown yard and work areas remain organized and clean.
- Assist with light documentation updates and communication with field teams.
- Report potential safety or quality concerns to site leadership.
- Maintain consistent presence on site to support quality standards.
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (required).
- Construction site experience preferred (QC/QA experience is a plus but not required).
- Physically able to walk job sites, climb stairs, and work outdoors.
- Not assigned to high-risk work areas, but must be comfortable in active construction environments.
- OSHA certification not required (company can sponsor certification if needed).
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Comfortable performing light site cleanup and organization tasks.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to attend early morning meetings.
- Age is not a limiting factor, provided candidate is physically capable of walking and stair climbing.
