Position: Bilingual Construction QC Assistant / Junior QC Engineer
Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Construction QC Assistant / Junior QC Engineer to support quality control operations on an active semiconductor construction site in North Phoenix. This role focuses on hands-on field inspections, documentation, and coordination with project teams in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Position: Bilingual Construction QC Assistant / Junior QC Engineer
Location: TSMC Site - North Phoenix
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000 DOE

Responsibilities
  • Support daily QC inspections, including welding and installation verification
  • Assist in ensuring construction work meets drawings, specifications, and project standards
  • Prepare and maintain QC documentation and inspection records
  • Participate in site walkthroughs and quality review meetings
  • Track non-conformance items and assist with corrective actions
  • Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and field teams to resolve quality issues
  • Maintain organized documentation for internal tracking and client reporting
  • Spend significant time on-site supporting active construction work
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
  • Open to entry-level or early-career candidates with limited or no direct construction experience
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in construction, QA/QC, or field engineering
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and documentation skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with site teams
  • Comfortable working in a physically active, field-based environment (extended walking, standing, heat exposure)
  • Able to adapt quickly, follow directions, and support fast-paced project needs
  • Dependable, proactive, and willing to learn in a hands-on setting
