Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to club members and their guests in a professional, friendly, and discreet manner. This role requires strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits, along with a commitment to personalized service and maintaining the club’s high standards of hospitality.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards and member preferences
• Deliver attentive, personalized service while building positive relationships with members and guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times
• Accurately process orders and handle cash, member charges, and POS transactions
• Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown for events, tournaments, and private functions
• Restock bar inventory, rotate product, and notify management of low stock or supply needs
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
• Uphold the club’s policies, service etiquette, and confidentiality expectations

• Previous bartending experience required (country club or fine dining experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• TIPS, Serv Safe, or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30–40 lbs (cases, kegs, supplies)
• Member-focused, service-oriented atmosphere
• May include seasonal events, banquets, and high-volume functions
